Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare narratives, design presentations, boards, drawings, and specifications documents with high quality, within project schedule and budget constraints.
  2. Programming, space planning, design of spaces and finishes, FF&E selection, documentation, writing and editing specifications, producing deliverables such as finish plans, interior elevations, room finish schedules, furniture plans, and interior details.
  3. Perform modeling and detailing or documentation independently.
  4. Assist in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  5. Conduct site investigations and observations.
  6. Assist in construction administration.
  7. Contribute to marketing and business development activities.
  8. Attend client and internal meetings.
  9. Conduct presentations.
  10. Occasional travel for project-related activities such as building assessments, client meetings, or site observations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  3. NCIDQ certification preferred but not required.
  4. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
