Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.
  • 1–5 years of professional interior design experience; ~3 years ideal.
  • Actively pursuing NCIDQ certification and licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors through the design process.
  • Develop space planning concepts and interior design solutions that are thoughtful and functional.
  • Prepare presentation materials, renderings, finish palettes, and client presentations.
  • Assist in producing construction documents and specifications.
  • Select and coordinate finishes, lighting, fixtures, hardware, furnishings, and equipment.
  • Participate in project meetings, coordination, and client presentations.
  • Review shop drawings and assist during construction administration.
  • Grow project ownership and management responsibilities over time.
