Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking an Interior Designer to blend creativity with technical excellence for inspiring interior spaces across diverse projects.

You will lead design, project documentation, and revisions of technical documents while collaborating with a team of architects and engineers to realize beautiful places. You will design and deliver interior components, participate in FF&E selections, and communicate concepts through 3D development and construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of interior design experience.
• NCDIQ certification preferred.
• Experience in maintaining client relationships.
• AutoCAD and Revit experience required.
• Sketch-Up experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the interior aspects of a project including programming, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Participate in the selection and presentation of FF&E, color palettes, and lighting.
• Provide design support and documentation to communicate ideas from concept to completion including 3D development and construction documents.
