Widseth in Hibbing, MN is seeking an Interior Designer to translate client needs into compelling, functional environments. You will lead programming through construction documentation and contribute to a range of design projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in interior design, has at least two years of experience, and is proficient in Revit with knowledge of 3D rendering and Adobe Creative Suite. We offer mentorship, diverse opportunities, and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Certified Interior Designer or pursuing certification.
• Proficiency in Revit documentation.
• Knowledge of 3D Rendering and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, space planning, and construction documentation.
• Develop FF&E packages, including specifications of materials, fixtures, and furniture.
• Provide design support, material selections, and execution of design concepts during all phases of the project.
• Produce graphic presentations, including 3D renderings, for client presentations.
• Coordinate with material representatives, vendors, and consultants.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Approach your work with attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and motivation to learn.
• Prioritize tasks and balance both short-term and long-term deadlines and projects.
• Contribute to design-focused, community-centered projects
