Steinhafels is seeking interior designers in Wisconsin to transform spaces and help clients bring their dream homes to life. This full-time, in-store role blends creativity with sales to help clients design spaces they love.

Qualifications

• Experienced designers or those just starting out in the design field.
• Strong sales abilities and high personal integrity
• Creative talent to translate your vision into a presentation that will meet your client’s needs and drive sales
• The ability to work both in-store and in customers’ homes
• The ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs including weekends and holidays
• Experience with 2D and 3D space planning
• Experience with palette selections and textiles
• DMV record must meeting insurability requirements
