Job summary

Luxe Cabinet & Stone is seeking a motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team in Seattle. This full-time position focuses on assisting customers with kitchen and bathroom design selections. Job Summary

Luxe Cabinet & Stone is a growing cabinet, countertop, and flooring wholesaler serving the greater Seattle area, with locations in Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue. We are currently seeking a motivated and creative Interior Designer to join our team and grow with us.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with a background or strong interest in interior design, kitchen & bath design, architecture, or construction. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Compensation

• $21.30 - $30.00 per hour + high commission
• Assist customers with kitchen, bathroom, and interior design selections
• Create cabinet and layout designs based on customer needs and measurements
• Recommend cabinetry, flooring, countertops, handles, and related materials
• Provide design guidance on colors, styles, and space planning
• Support showroom customers in Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue locations
• Communicate with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders
• Prepare quotes, drawings, and product presentations
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and design process
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products and current design trends
• Support marketing and showroom presentation efforts as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Degree or background in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship eligible)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
• Experience with 2020 Design or similar design software is a plus
• Fluent English required; bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is highly preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
