Job summary

Cabinet IQ in Bountiful, UT is seeking an experienced Sales Designer for kitchen and bath projects. You’ll meet clients on-site, design spaces, take measurements, and close sales with our DesignFlex 2020 tools.

Work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM in a brand-new showroom with base salary plus commissions, training, and employee discounts. You’ll build relationships with builders and designers while delivering a 6-Star Experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with kitchen design software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens and baths using DesignFlex 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Staff the showroom daily and engage with contractors and designers to build networks.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using DesignFlex 2020 Design
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
• Participate in company training and development programs
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking

Your Experience & Skills

• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Solid math and organizational skills
• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience requiredI
• Proficient in DesignFlex 2020 Design Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude
