Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned residential projects from concept through completion.
• Design and develop architectural and interior design concepts for single-family homes, remodels, and luxury residences.
• Create shop drawings and detailed design documentation.
• Produce renderings and visual materials for design presentations.
• Prepare and present client presentations, including design concepts and material selections.
• Make project-related purchases and manage specifications and selections.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Communicate directly with clients throughout all phases of the project.
• Conduct project site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
• Assist with permitting and coordinate with local authorities as required.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and design quality

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Architect (Residential) to join our team in Key Biscayne.
