Dairy Boy is seeking an Interior Designer to shape three-dimensional brand spaces, including retail environments, photo-set dressing, and pop-up activations.
You will direct home goods styling, collaborate with design and production teams, and ensure a cohesive brand look across all spaces with leadership input from the Creative Director and CEO.
Dairy Boy is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand built around a new vision of American style - blending nostalgia, sport, and everyday life with a point of view that feels fresh, intentional, and distinctly its own. We help people build lives and spaces that reflect who they are, and our audience is passionate, loyal, and growing fast across every platform.
We're looking for an Interior Designer to shape how Dairy Boy feels in three dimensions - everywhere the brand shows up outside a screen. It's a broad role by design: one week you're dressing a retail space, the next you're on a shoot, the next you're shaping where our home goods line goes next.
You’ll shape the interiors of our retail locations, help build and dress sets for photo shoots, and design the physical spaces behind pop-ups and brand activations - the tables, walls, and rooms people actually stand in. You’ll also set the direction for our home goods and accessories line, working with the design and production teams who turn that direction into real product. And because this role touches so much of what Dairy Boy looks like in person, you’ll work directly with our Creative Director and CEO to keep it all feeling like one world, not five different projects.
The right person has real interior design training, or something adjacent - product design, architecture, spatial design - plus the trade knowledge that comes with it: sourcing, materials, vendors, budgets, what it actually takes to get a room built. But the thing that matters most is instinct. They know what makes a space feel beautiful and special, and they can say why. They move easily between very different kinds of projects, take direction well, and can keep a retail buildout, a shoot, and a product line moving at the same time without losing the thread.
Dairy Boy is scaling quickly, and this role sits at the center of how the brand feels anywhere it isn't a screen. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, have real ownership over how Dairy Boy looks and feels in person, and help grow our home goods line into something bigger. If you want to do meaningful work at a brand that cares deeply about taste and craft, this is a great place to do it.
Full-time, hybrid role based between Westport, CT and Manhattan - in the office Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays. $65,000-$125,000, depending on experience.
