VERANDA LUXURY HOMES, a home building company based in Grapevine, Texas is looking for an Interior Designer to assist Senior Interior Designer. We specialize in building elegant and functional homes tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. With a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, VERANDA LUXURY HOMES is dedicated to creating beautiful living spaces.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer located in Grapevine, TX. The Interior Designer will be responsible for helping clients make selections for all materials for their home, space planning, creating renderings and construction drawings, and selecting furniture, and fixtures. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and project managers, developing design concepts, and ensuring that all design elements meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
  • Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
  • Proficient in hand renderings or computer assisted drawings
  • Strong creative and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 3 years experience in residential design
  • Extremely organized and meticulous in details
