Job Title: Interior Architect/Designer

We are looking for a passionate Interior Architect/Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be based in Miami. This is not a remote position and requires full-time work in our studio. The candidate should have strong time management and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities include selecting and implementing design components for high-end residential and hospitality projects, presentation and procurement of furniture, fabrics/textiles, FF&E, color palettes, and lighting. The candidate will work through all design phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, procurement, and installation. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. The role involves reviewing contractor’s shop drawings, working with contractors and suppliers, and developing construction drawings, ceiling plans, millwork, schedules, and calculating specifications and costs of materials.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years post-graduate experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality sectors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Modeling software, Photoshop, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
