Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & assist interior design projects from concept development to completion, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to develop creative and functional design solutions.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with client goals and project objectives.
• Oversee color and finish selections, ensuring materiality meets aesthetic and functional standards.
• Create and refine Revit 3D models to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Conduct client presentations and facilitate discussions to incorporate feedback into the design process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate’s degree in interior design or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in Revit 3D modeling (required); experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
