Company Description

The Learning Tree ABA offers autism therapy services based on proven, research-based methods. The team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) create individualized behavior plans for each client's unique learning style. The focus is on providing services in-home or in the community with a family-centered approach to teaching socially significant behaviors.

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Interior Designer located in Baltimore, MD with the flexibility to work from home. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and creating interior spaces that are functional, safe, and visually appealing for clients receiving autism therapy services at The Learning Tree ABA. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting furniture and decor, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications
  • Interior Design skills, Space Planning, and Furniture Selection
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ADA compliance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in design software and tools
  • Experience working with special needs populations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
