Job summary

Connector Team Recruiting is partnering with a well-established, financially stable furniture retailer to offer an in-home design position. You will meet clients in their homes, create customized room designs, and guide them through the design journey from consultation to installation.

This role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, staying current with design trends, and partnering with showroom teams to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Passion for interior design and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Degree in Interior Design preferred, or equivalent professional experience in home furnishings or residential design.
• Previous sales or consultative design experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations.

Responsibilities
