Job Summary:

Glow Space is seeking a talented Interior Design Project Manager to lead our projects in New York. This role involves overseeing all aspects of interior design projects, from initial planning to completion, while collaborating closely with clients to create innovative and functional spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all phases of interior design projects.
• Review and adapt detailed design drawings to comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Facilitate communication with local authorities and agencies to manage permitting processes.
• Conduct on-site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate effective communication between clients, contractors, and design teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing interior design projects in the U.S.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. building codes and permitting processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (fluency in Korean is a plus).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• Established network of subcontractors and licensed service providers.
• U.S. architectural license or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing commercial space projects of various scales.
• Familiarity with both U.S. and Korean cultures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proven leadership abilities.
