Job summary

Baker Barrios Architects seeks a senior Interior Design Creative Director – Living Studio to define and advance the interior design vision for Living projects. This role acts as the primary design authority for interiors within the Living Market, ensuring concept integrity and experiential quality throughout all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 10-15+ years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Deep experience in Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Living environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in design concept development and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design Vision and Creative Authority for Living Studio interiors.
• Develop design narratives, experiential strategies, and conceptual frameworks.
• Lead design intent across space planning, materials, color, lighting, FF&E.
• Ensure design excellence from concept through construction and installation.
• Mentor interior designers and reinforce design culture.
• Collaborate with architectural leadership for seamless integration.
