Job summary

SHP in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an Interior Design Co-op to help shape spaces inside our buildings. You will design functional, inspiring, and human-centered interiors in collaboration with architects and engineers.

As a student, you will gain hands-on project experience, learn from mentors, and build cross-disciplinary connections. The role is onsite and offers pay starting at $20/hour, with raises to $22/hour per term and additional graduate starts at $22/hour.

• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; rendering software skills a plus.

As an Interior Design Co-op, you'll help shape the experiences people have inside our buildings. From classrooms to offices, you'll design spaces that are functional, inspiring, and human-centered-always in partnership with our architects and engineers.

What You'll Do

This role is based in our Cincinnati, Ohio office location and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a highly collaborative, in person environment. Being onsite allows for deeper day to day engagement with peers and project teams, faster decision making, and organic moments of creativity and mentorship that emerge through shared space.

Your growth matters here - our pay reflects both your contributions and your potential. Our co-op positions start at $20/hour, with the opportunity to increase by $1/hour for each additional term you return (up to a maximum of $22/hour). Graduate students begin at $22/hour. SHP also covers your parking expenses, so you can focus fully on gaining meaningful experience without worrying about the cost of getting here.
