Job summary

SHP in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Architecture Co-op to work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers on design development, documentation, and presentations. You will gain hands-on project experience and learn from mentors in a collaborative environment.

You will build proficiency in Revit and related visualization tools, contribute to client interactions and reviews, and explore sustainability and planning aspects shaping SHP's work.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; bonus if you know SketchUp, Rhino, or Enscape.
• Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Architecture.
• Strong design eye, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

As an Architecture Co-op, you'll join our design studios where ideas become buildings. From educational facilities to workplaces to community spaces, you'll experience every stage of the design process and see how collaboration with interior designers and engineers makes ideas real.

What You'll Do

• Work with architects and project teams on design development, documentation, and presentations.

This role is based in our Cincinnati, Ohio office location and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a highly collaborative, in person environment. Being onsite allows for deeper day to day engagement with peers and project teams, faster decision making, and organic moments of creativity and mentorship that emerge through shared space.

Your growth matters here - our pay reflects both your contributions and your potential. Our co‑op positions start at $20/hour, with the opportunity to increase by $1/hour for each additional term you return (up to a maximum of $22/hour). Graduate students begin at $22/hour. SHP also covers your parking expenses, so you can focus fully on gaining meaningful experience without worrying about the cost of getting here.
