Job summary

Today's Home Interiors in Southwest Ohio is seeking a seasoned interior design professional to join our premier furniture team. You will lead in-home design consultations, translate client preferences and budgets into stylish, practical spaces, and educate clients on product construction features.

With a four-day work week Tuesday-Saturday, you’ll engage retail customers, build lasting rapports, and drive sales with a largely commission-based compensation plan.

Family owned and operated for over 80 years, we have positioned ourselves as Southwest Ohio's premier furniture retailer. Our Company offers a beautiful work environment, along with a team of talented and friendly interior designers.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to practice interior design, including the ability to create and design projects that are consistent with client's preference and budget.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated sales experience and customer service, including experience with in-home design consultation.
• Ability to educate clients on product construction features.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep clients informed throughout the entire design process.
• Demonstrate current design and color trends with ability to create fashionable design solutions.
• Professionally greet retail customers and establish rapport to grow client base.
• A minimum of five years industry experience.
• Our hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 - 5:30. The position is four days a week. All team members work Saturday with one day off Tuesday - Friday. We are closed all major holidays. This is a largely commission pay position.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
