Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on selective interior demolition technician to work on site in Arlington, TX. You will dismantle interior elements of spaces, set up barriers and signage, and ensure utilities are addressed while maintaining safety and organization throughout the day.

You will handle debris removal, operate hand and power tools, and coordinate with teammates to meet schedules and budgets, all while following established safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in demolition or construction is a plus.
• Physically demanding work requiring lifting and manual handling.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support selective demolition inside residential and commercial structures.
• Use hand and power tools confidently and safely.
• Clear debris and manage hazardous materials in compliance with safety rules.
• Set up and maintain job-site barriers and safety signage.
• Work closely with teammates to meet timelines and budget targets.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Perform routine care and upkeep on tools and equipment.
