MCIS (Marshfield Clinic Information Services) is seeking motivated Installers to join our field operations team in Texas. You will handle safe, accurate installation of raised access flooring, structural ceilings, modular components, and related framing for commercial projects.

The role requires hands-on work, attention to quality, and strict safety compliance. You will read drawings, measure layouts, operate hand and power tools, and coordinate with foremen to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or installation preferred.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to read layouts and measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Install raised access flooring, structural ceilings, modular components, and framing as specified.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and installation instructions.
• Measure, mark, and verify layouts for accurate installation.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, laser equipment, and measuring tools.
• Inspect materials and completed work for quality and conformance.
• Coordinate daily activities with foremen and project teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Assist with punch-lists, closeout activities, and training of new personnel.
