Job summary

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc. is seeking motivated Installers to join our field operations team for the safe and accurate installation of interior construction systems.

You will work on raised access flooring, structural ceilings, modular components, and support framing, following project specs and safety policies. The role emphasizes hands-on craftsmanship, teamwork, and adherence to OSHA standards in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related fields.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team player in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Install raised access flooring systems, structural ceilings, modular components, and framing per drawings.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
• Measure, mark, and verify layouts for accurate installation and alignment.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, laser equipment, and other construction tools.
• Inspect materials and finished work to meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with Foremen and project team members.
