Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural/interior design studio.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience on high-end interiors projects: residential and/or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of interiors-related building codes and standards; sustainability and health and wellness standards a plus.
• Strong leadership, management and mentorship skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and professionalism with diverse clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and organized.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite; SketchUp and AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the interior architectural scope and select finishes and fixtures.
• Develop architectural and millwork details and coordinate trades (MEP and lighting).
• Collaborate in a studio environment and mentor junior designers.
