Job summary

ANINE BING is seeking a Wholesale Director EMEA & APAC to lead the wholesale team in Paris during a maternity leave, reporting to the CEO. You will manage four team members across MEA & APAC, supervise agents, distributors, and franchise partners, and work with the Wholesale Strategic Advisor to ensure continuity.

This fixed-term hybrid role starts in early December 2026 and runs through May 2027, with a two-step handover plan and close collaboration with the Paris HQ leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fashion wholesale experience including leadership of a commercial team.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA markets; APAC familiarity via agents and distributors.
• Experience with agents, distributors, franchise partners and key accounts.
• Expertise in sell-in / sell-out analysis, forecasting, and OTB.
• Proficient in ERP tools and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the wholesale team in Paris.
• Own MEA & APAC wholesale performance across accounts and channels.
• Lead Paris showroom sell-in and negotiate terms with buyers.
• Oversee agents, distributors and franchise partners across MEA & APAC.
• Coordinate with ADV Manager for order management and 3PL.
• Act as primary escalation point for key accounts.
• Partner with Wholesale Strategic Advisor to maintain continuity.
• Report portfolio KPIs to CEO and manage budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to secure deliveries and resolve escalations.
• Handover with outgoing Director in December and return in May.
