• Current CPR Certification.
• 1-3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with residents, families, and coworkers.
