Qualifications

• Controller or senior accounting leadership experience within construction environments.
• Advanced expertise with Vista by Trimble.
• Strong construction accounting, job costing, and project accounting experience.
• Demonstrated success training and developing accounting professionals.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's accounting and Controller functions while partnering directly with the CFO.
• Serve as the internal Vista by Trimble subject matter expert and drive system optimization.
• Train, mentor, and develop accounting team members on construction accounting best practices.
• Oversee financial reporting, project accounting, job costing, and accounting operations.
• Support process improvements and scalable financial controls for a growing $100M+ contractor.
