Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking an Interim ED Manager for a travel nursing assignment in Livonia, Michigan. The role involves overseeing ED operations, staff, and regulatory compliance within a rural PPS hospital setting.

This 13‑week, 40‑hour week position includes EPIC usage, timecard management, and daily huddles, with non-benefited, weekdays-only shifts. Requirements include a BSN, 5+ years ED experience, RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of ED clinical experience.
• Prior management/leadership experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day ED department operations and staff.
• Oversee trauma coordinator and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete scheduling, timecards, UKG, and PTO requests.
• Lead daily ED huddles and address staffing issues.
• Manage patient complaints and incident reporting.
• Drive quality assurance projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments on processes.
• Utilize Epic system experience.
• Engage in staffing and process improvements.
