Versique is seeking an Interim Technical Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support for technical and specialized roles during a period of growth. The consultant will collaborate with hiring teams to drive outcomes, manage multiple searches, and deliver timely, quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience sourcing hard-to-find or highly specialized talent.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, data, technology, or related functions.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking strategies.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.

The Interim Technical Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support for technical and highly specialized positions during a period of organizational growth. This role will focus heavily on sourcing, candidate engagement, and partnering with hiring leaders to build strong talent pipelines. The consultant will serve as a trusted recruiting partner, helping drive hiring outcomes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Worksite Location:

Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN

Salary Range:

Hourly rate between $42-$52, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and specialized positions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination
• Engage technical talent through multiple sourcing channels and networking strategies
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to stakeholders
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process
• Utilize ATS and recruiting platforms to maintain accurate candidate records
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from intake through offer acceptance

• Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking strategies
• Experience working with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
