Job summary

Siletz Valley School seeks an Interim Superintendent to lead the district with vision, integrity, and a focus on student success. You will implement Board policies, oversee finances, and guide instructional and operational priorities in collaboration with the community.

The role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to build relationships across staff, students, parents, and partners in Siletz, Logsden, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Administration (preferred).
• COSA New Superintendent's Academy completed (preferred).
• Minimum teaching and administrative leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead district by implementing Board policies and achieving priorities.
• Oversee district finances, budgets and grant activities.
• Engage staff, students, parents and community in SVS area.
• Ensure compliance with Oregon Department of Education requirements.
