Doctoral degree preferred
Familiarity with personnel, facilities, operations, labor, budgeting, curriculum, cocurricular, and student conduct issues preferred
Experience at administrative levels of New Jersey school district(s) with supervisory responsibility over administrative team, large staff and large student body preferred
K-12 district(s) experience preferred
Familiarity with Old Bridge Public Schools preferred
Experience as classroom teacher preferred

The Old Bridge Township Board of Education is seeking an energetic, dedicated and highly qualified candidate to serve in the capacity of Interim Superintendent of Schools while the Board undertakes a search for a permanent Superintendent.

Old Bridge is a large school district including a comprehensive high school, a grade nine center, two middle schools, and eleven elementary schools, as well as preschool and special services programs, in an engaged, diverse and growing community in Middlesex County. The district serves approximately 8,000 students with approximately 1,000 professional and support employees and a current operating budget of $168,000,000.
Qualifications:
NJDOE Administrative Certificate with School Administrator Endorsement or Certificate of Eligibility required
Doctoral degree preferred
