Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Senior-level executive for the Travel Program & Interim Leadership at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX. The role is full-time, days, with a gross hourly rate reflecting a weekly cap of 5,359 USD.

The position oversees planning, budgeting and policy development in collaboration with senior leadership, while guiding staffing, development and organizational strategy for the travel program and interim leadership functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions.
• Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
