We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Staff Accountant to join our finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment on an interim basis.

Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Staff Accountant to join our finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment on an interim basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries in Oracle ERP.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger balances.
• Manage month-end close activities, including pulling and analyzing financial reports.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clean up and maintain capital asset records.
• Conduct balance sheet analysis and variance explanations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and integrate functions with various systems.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and assist in automation or system enhancements.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• 2+ years of experience using ERP software (Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience performing advanced functions in MS Excel, including pivot tables and V lookups.
  
  

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $39.00/hr.
