As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting core accounting operations in a fast‑paced environment. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy across the general ledger, supporting month‑end close, and partnering with internal teams to maintain strong financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Assist with financial reporting, including internal statements and supporting schedules
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial data flow
• Support audit requests and ensure documentation is complete and organized
• Identify and help implement process improvements within accounting workflows
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and month‑end close
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working in an ERP system (any major platform; able to learn quickly)
• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, sorting, and basic formulas)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
