Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is assisting a local healthcare client in Brentwood, TN with an interim Senior Financial Analyst opportunity. This hybrid role requires 2 days on-site in Brentwood and 40 hours per week under a contract arrangement, with potential to convert to hire.

The analyst will lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling (including pro formas/deal modeling), KPI reporting, and respond to ad hoc data requests, partnering with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience; advanced Excel including pivots, LOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Strong communication skills; able to work with stakeholders across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling (including pro formas/deal modeling).
• Manage KPI reporting and respond to ad hoc data requests.

Our Vaco team is partnering with a local healthcare client in Brentwood, TN for an interim Senior Financial Analyst opportunity. This is a hybrid position, 2 days a week on-site in Brentwood, TN. While contract to start, they are open to contract to hire candidates.

This Senior Financial Analyst will lead the charge with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling (including pro formas/deal modeling), KPI reporting, and ad hoc data requests.

Qualificaitons:

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience Advanced in Excel (pivots, LOOKUPs, complex formulas)
• Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders and business partners across different functions and departments
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• MUST have a Bachelor's degree in finance or similar
• Available to be on-site in Brentwood, TN 2 days/week
