The role includes supervision of health staff, development of health programs, budgeting, and collaboration with clinicians and school staff. Part-time at Prospect High School with floating assignments across district schools.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Current RN license in Illinois.
• Extensive clinical nursing experience, preferably in school nursing or public health.
• Strong understanding of diverse student populations and health needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate health office staff across multiple school sites.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate health service programs tailored to students.
• Lead local health planning initiatives (immunizations, screenings).
• Manage annual budget for the district health services.
