Job summary
The Illinois Association of School Administrators is seeking a School Health Administrator to oversee the district health services and lead the health aid department. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
- Illinois RN license is required.
- CPR/AED certification is required.
- Certification in audiometry and visual screening preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with development and implementation of health-related policies and procedures.
- Coordinate all district health services and programs.
- Arrange for CPR recertification program for all nurses.
- Coordinate the in service training for nurses.
- Coordinate the training for newly hired and substitute nurses.
- Coordinate the Blood Pathogens program.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with nursing staff.
- Order district-wide nursing supplies.
