The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with geriatric expertise, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with physicians and therapy staff to craft individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas.
• Proven leadership in nursing management and clinical operations.
• Geriatric nursing experience with restorative care mindset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing services in compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage nursing staff; assign duties and support development.
• Provide direct support to nursing staff to maintain quality care and continuity.
• Approve department payroll and maintain fiscal responsibility within budgets.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapy staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure proper charting and adherence to care standards.
• Ensure nursing supplies and resources are available to deliver top-tier care.
• Offer ongoing training to improve staff competencies and resident outcomes.
