Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas.
• Proven leadership in nursing management and clinical operations.
• Geriatric nursing experience with restorative care mindset.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services in compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage nursing staff; assign duties and develop staff.
• Provide direct support to floor operations to maintain quality care.
• Approve department payroll and manage budgets within guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapy staff to develop resident care plans.
• Ensure accurate charting and documentation of care.
• Ensure adequate supplies and resources for top-tier care.
• Provide ongoing training to improve staff competencies and resident outcomes.
