CE Interim | Cross-cultural Executive Interim Management seeks an experienced Interim Plant Manager to lead a high-volume precision manufacturing site in Northern Mexico. The candidate will assume hands-on leadership on the shop floor, drive safety, quality, and delivery, and report to the Group CEO in the United States.

Duration is 3–6 months with immediate Start. The role requires full-time on-site presence, Spanish and English fluency, and a B2B contract arrangement to sustain turnaround

Qualificações

• Plant Manager or Senior Operations Director with experience in precision machining or similar close-tolerance manufacturing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, available immediately, and able to work on a B2B contract.
• Full-time on-site presence in northern Mexico, five days per week, with an existing legal right to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Take full operational leadership across safety, production, quality, maintenance, labour efficiency, OEE, and delivery.
• Lead the local management team across HR, EHS, quality, finance, maintenance and production.
• Execute a fast, structured handover from the outgoing Plant Manager and maintain turnaround momentum from day one.
• Strengthen shop-floor discipline, operational performance, and readiness for increasing production volumes.
• Protect customer confidence in quality and delivery while reporting directly to the Group CEO in the United States.
