Job summary

Value Driven Solutions, Inc. seeks an Interim Plant Manager to lead a 24/7 chemical processing site in Louisville, KY for 6 months. You will oversee production, maintenance, engineering, quality and EHS teams, delivering safety, stability and performance improvements.

The role focuses on protecting process safety, stabilizing output and building a stronger operating cadence, with strong performers considered for permanent placement. Onsite requirement in Louisville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience, with 5+ years as Plant/Operations Manager.
• Experience leading a continuous-process chemical, polymer, resin or plastics operation.
• Working knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA regulations and environmental permitting.
• Proven track record improving safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
• Experience leading multi-shift hourly and salaried teams.
• Ability to start quickly and impact in interim role.
• Willingness to work onsite in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety, health and environmental performance and culture.
• Direct day-to-day operations of continuous resin and compounding processes.
• Deliver production plans, on-time delivery and inventory targets.
• Drive uptime, yield and cost improvement; support capital projects.
• Own the site operating budget, KPIs and monthly performance reviews.
• Deploy Lean / Six Sigma and daily accountability meetings.
