VDS Consulting Group is seeking an Interim Plant Manager for a 6-month engagement at a Louisville, KY site. You will oversee production, maintenance, engineering, quality and EHS to stabilize performance, drive safety, and build a robust operating cadence.

High-impact leaders may transition to a permanent Plant Manager role. Responsibilities include directing 24/7 continuous resin and compounding operations, delivering plans, improving yield and uptime, and leading capital-project stabilization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with 5+ years in Plant/Operations Manager roles.
• Experience in continuous-process chemical/polymer/resin operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA regs and environmental permitting.
• Proven track record in improving safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
• Experience leading multi-shift hourly and salaried teams.
• Available to work onsite in Louisville, KY for 6-month interim term.
