Rosaires Care seeks an Interim Inpatient Pediatric Nurse Supervisor to provide on-site clinical leadership for our pediatric unit during day shifts. You will oversee nursing staff and coordinate patient flow to support safe, family-centered care.

In this role you will ensure compliance with policies, quality expectations, and regulatory standards while partnering with physicians and the care team to promote optimal patient outcomes and staff development.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• Strong leadership experience in pediatric inpatient settings
• Proven ability to coordinate staffing and patient flow
• Excellent communication and teamwork with healthcare professionals
• Commitment to family-centered pediatric care and patient safety

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient flow and adjust staffing to meet unit needs.
