Job summary

HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as Interim Manager, Operating Room in California. The role oversees frontline nurses and acts as a conduit between caregivers and leadership teams.

Responsibilities include communicating the organization’s goals to nursing staff to improve patient experiences and sharing knowledge to enhance understanding of patient needs, staff needs, or organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• At least three years of leadership experience in perioperative settings.
• AHA BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline nurses and serve as the conduit between caregivers and leadership.
• Communicate organizational goals to the nursing staff to continually improve patient experiences.
• Share knowledge to improve understanding of patient needs, nursing staff needs, or organizational needs.
