ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a service-minded team and ensure a smooth, inviting site experience. You will plan, organize, and direct operations and soft services while reporting to the Site Operations Manager, upholding ISS quality standards and delivering exceptional customer care.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in facilities, strong communication, and hands-on CMMS usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a Facility Management Operations/Janitorial/Maintenance role.
• Experience leading frontline teams meeting operational SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Strong skills in communication, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Basic computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook, CMMS systems.
• Experience with CMMS software and work order management for service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and leads the ISS Facility Operations and Soft Service employees.
• Implement the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site experience activities with the Site Operations Manager.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance.
• High visibility contact for team members and second contact for local customers.
• Lead to ensure the facility is clean, safe, welcoming, and customer-centric.
• Work with the team to ensure dishwashing and food areas are clean, organized, and compliant.
• Provide support to maintain inventory levels of interior shopping tools.
• Lead by example and coach the team to empower decision-making for better customer experience.
