Job summary

Career Match Pro is recruiting an Interim Operating Room Manager to lead perioperative services at a 248-bed acute care hospital on the Southern California Coast. This leadership role focuses on optimizing surgical throughput and delivering high-quality patient care alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing teams.

You will mentor staff, oversee OR operations across orthopedic, spine, cardiovascular, neurosurgery and general surgery services, and collaborate with multidisciplinary

• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and multidisciplinary leaders to mentor staff and sustain outstanding surgical services
