Job summary

Life Care Center of Kona in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii seeks a passionate and experienced licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our 94-bed skilled nursing facility. The Interim NHA provides leadership for overall facility operations, including financial management, HR, patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development, while upholding Life Care standards.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, active NHA license, 3+ years post-acute care experience, and ACHCA certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state.
• 3+ years post-acute care experience preferred.
• ACHCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is compliant with all laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Oversee financial operations, human resources, customer service, and clinical operations.
• Lead budget development and supervision of staff to meet goals.
• Maintain professional relationships and uphold patient rights and safety.
