Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing is required.
• Previous supervisory experience required (around 4 years).
• Extensive nursing experience in both patient care and management/leadership roles required (around 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of 24-hour departments that may be at multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain clinical standards of care and practice.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to reduce costs.
