Schedule is full-time 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 13-week assignment and potential extension. Requires BSN/BA in healthcare, CPR, and about 5 years of nursing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BSN or BA in health care related field; Masters preferred.
• CPR certificate is required.
• Extensive nursing experience in patient care and management/leadership roles (≈5 years).

Responsibilities

• Manages 24-hour departments that may be at multiple locations.
• Ensures staff provide high-quality care and are in compliance with Nursing Practice Act and regulations.
• Establishes, maintains patient care standards and budgets for resources.
• Designs and evaluates processes to improve patient care results across the continuum.
• Oversees policy development and staff development; ensures goals are met.
• Monitors financial performance and implements cost-reduction strategies.
