Job summary

Pathway Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care (SNF) for consulting services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MDS 3.0, possess a registered nursing license, and be flexible for travel to assist clients in various needs.

Qualifications

• AANAC Certification is preferred but training may be provided.

Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with Long Term Care (SNF) experience. The candidate must be familiar with the full scope of the MDS Reimbursement processes including CAAS and RUGS, as it pertains to skilled nursing facilities.

• Interim assignments
• Assist the client with completion of MDS 3.0 process
• Assist the client with assessing and implementing systems and processes as requested
• Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of practice and professional practice guidelines
• Assist clients as requested with training and mentoring
• Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse
• Proficient in MDS 3.0
• AANAC Certification and/or willing go through training provided by Pathway Health Services
• Must be Flexible for travel
