Job summary

United Aesthetics Alliance is seeking an Interim Director, Marketing Strategy & Performance to lead the marketing function during a six‑month engagement. The role requires strategic thinking and hands‑on execution to maintain continuity, optimize campaigns, and partner with field marketing across Midwest practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or multi-unit/platform environments preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage marketing processes, vendor/agency relationships, and cross-functional workflows.
• Analytics background with ability to build reporting infrastructure and translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform-wide marketing strategy during the interim period with focal areas and integrated cross-channel campaigns.
• Own interim monthly marketing planning ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder input.
• Develop integrated campaigns across social, email/SMS, paid, events, and in-practice marketing.
• Translate growth goals into clear marketing strategies with objectives, channel mix, timelines, and success metrics.
• Partner with VP of Marketing and channel leads to ground plans in performance data and market opportunity.
• Lead special marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and practice integrations.
• Provide transition documentation and handoff recommendations for permanent leadership.
